The most common type of vertigo is called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and is appreciated by a feeling that your world is spinning or moving. It occurs with sudden head motions, usually rolling in bed or change in position. Other forms of vertigo can be associated with horizontal motions. The anatomy of the inner ear and the specific areas affected will impact the type of vertigo and associated head eye movements that can precipitate and cause the attack.

Although the widespread availability of Pilates classes is a tribute to its effectiveness as a workout system, Pilates classes are not necessarily comparable between studios and gyms. Because we specialize in teaching True Pilates, we have comprehensively certified Pilates instructors, who are committed to teaching the authentic Pilates method — which means that in general the classes offered here will be superior to those offered at gyms or country clubs. The most noticeable difference between the two typically is seen in teaching style, skill and experience of the instructors. We also offer an extensive selection of Pilates apparatus, as well as expertise in use of this apparatus.

Welcome to our Pilates family! I'm Wanessa, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to the world of Pilates through my journey and passion. My story is one of inspiration, dedication, and a deep commitment to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
I'm not just a Pilates instructor; I'm also a proud mother to an incredible sixteen-year-old named Michael. Beyond the studio, I wear the hat of a private Uber driver for Michael, a role that keeps me grounded and continuously motivated. He's not just my son; he's my daily source of inspiration. Every Pilates class, every project I embark upon, and every interaction with my clients is driven by the thought of how these experiences can enrich our lives and shape a better future.
Enhance Your Wellbeing Through Mindful Movement Welcome to the world of Pilates – a holistic approach to physical fitness and mental well-being that has been transforming lives for decades. Pilates is more than just a workout; it's a philosophy, a lifestyle, and a path to unlocking your body's full potential.
My journey into the world of Pilates unfolded organically, guided by my passion for physical training. As a dedicated runner, yogi, and cross-fit athlete, I was always in search of something more. That was until Pilates entered my life. Joining classes with my friend Lauren at "American Muscle/Empower," I had a profound realization – I had found my calling. The search was over, and I knew I had to dedicate myself to Pilates and share this transformative gift with others.
