FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can my really well-behaved child or pet wait inside quietly while I attend class?

Even while we like kids of all breeds, our insurance policy prohibits them from being in the studio when courses are in session. This rule has been put in place for the protection of your child, pet, and all of the class participants.

What do I put on during my sessions?

Sportswear that is comfortable and doesn't have any zippers, snaps, or buttons. Please dress appropriately because the studio is co-ed. We should refrain from wearing baggy running shorts while performing inversions throughout our workouts. All workshops and group classes require socks!

Why should I pay to visit your Pilates studio when my gym or country club offers Pilates?

Pilates courses are widely available, which is a testament to how good it is as a training regimen, but they are not always comparable between studios and gyms. In general, the classes offered here will be better than those offered at gyms or country clubs because we specialize in teaching True Pilates and have fully qualified Pilates instructors who are dedicated to teaching the original Pilates method. The instructors' teaching methods, expertise, and experience tend to be the most obvious differences between the two. Along with offering a wide range of Pilates equipment, we also have expertise using it.

I want to do Pilates, but I'm pregnant.

To determine what is best for you, always talk to your doctor. Every body and pregnancy are different. Pregnancy causes significant physical changes to your body, so we occasionally advise against beginning a Pilates routine while you are expecting. What makes private sessions preferable?

The most efficient method to begin your Pilates training is with private lessons. Your particular demands will be taken into consideration during each Pilates session, which will introduce you to the Pilates approach and immediately show results.

Without a doubt. We specifically adjust your workout to your level of fitness right now. Everyone and every physique can benefit from Pilates!
